Contacted three companies to address my mouse issues but Pro Prevent Pest Services was the only one to answer immediately. Andy gave me a brief overview of his services so I made an appointment.I accompanied Andy on his thorough inspection of my townhome - inside and outside - as he explained where mice could be entering. He then walked me through a detailed proposed plan of action which gratefully didn’t include me being exposed to chemicals or seeing blood and guts!Andy is proud of his business, is knowledgeable and friendly - whenever I asked a question he was only too happy to stop and explain.I highly recommend Pro Prevent Pest Services to anyone in need!

I had a mouse problem and called Andy. He is very pleasant to work with and goes out of his way to help. Andy is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain how the process works. He was able to quickly rid the house of all mice. I would definitely recommend him!
