Chris came out and let me know my old furnace was on its last leg. He didn’t pressure me into a new system, and gave me the option of repair or replacement. The price for replacement was fair and not gouged even though it was the dead of winter and I had no heat.The very next day, I had a new furnace installed in a matter of hours. We had moved into our current home literally at the start of the pandemic. The previous owner(s) had done some makeshift fixes to the furnace. We found that we had to replace the furnace. Shamrock's team recommended a furnace size appropriate for our home (didn't just try to recommend the largest/most exp one). They came and installed it without any trouble. The techs were very friendly and professional, and were very mindful of wearing masks and distancing considering it was early in the pandemic.
