This review is for the HVAC side of mideastern. I have nothing but praises for Jimmy, Aaron and all their crew!! We lost our a/c on a Friday night. And by Tuesday we were up and going. It wasn’t an easy job, and they worked a 12 hour day making sure we got taken care of. Nothing but professionalism, friendliness and accommodation the entire time!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!
They have done multiple plumbing and HVAC service calls for us and are always prompt, professional and fix/repair the issue.
This was my second time contacting Mideastern in less than a year, and I’ve had great experiences both times. From the friendly staff that handles the calls, to the technicians who came out - they’re all great! Last year two of them tackled my plumbing issues in less than 2 hours and far exceeded my expectations. Called around noon today and within an hour, they called me back and said they could send someone over. And before 3pm he had not only assessed and fixed the issue, but also offered and quickly fixed something else. Zack was great to work with - very personable, upfront, knowledgeable, quick and no BS.
