This was my second time contacting Mideastern in less than a year, and I’ve had great experiences both times. From the friendly staff that handles the calls, to the technicians who came out - they’re all great! Last year two of them tackled my plumbing issues in less than 2 hours and far exceeded my expectations. Called around noon today and within an hour, they called me back and said they could send someone over. And before 3pm he had not only assessed and fixed the issue, but also offered and quickly fixed something else. Zack was great to work with - very personable, upfront, knowledgeable, quick and no BS. Excellent Service! These guys recently finished plumbing our new house. They also ran our water line 1500 feet $5k cheaper than a competitor. This week we were working on moving and our water heater in the old house started leaking. Dennis was able to get one of his guys over in a few hours and we are so greatful. Moving boxes everywhere and they were done in less than 2 hours with a replacement. Highly recommend!
There's nothing I can say bad about this company. I actually called them because another company left me hanging without hot water. I called them and within an hour/ hour and a half they were at my residence. The tech thought it was one problem and I thought it was another. So he actually listened to Mr and changed what I thought was going to be a cheap fix but eventually I ended up having to replace my whole hot water heater. From the time they discovered what was wrong to the time of switch out I think was very prompt. I will be using their services from now on. They gained another customer.
