From the friendly staff that handles the calls, to the technicians who came out - they’re all great! Last year two of them tackled my plumbing issues in less than 2 hours and far exceeded my expectations. Called around noon today and within an hour, they called me back and said they could send someone over. And before 3pm he had not only assessed and fixed the issue, but also offered and quickly fixed something else. Zack was great to work with - very personable, upfront, knowledgeable, quick and no BS. “My thermostat decided to retire right in the middle of a heat wave, when I called Brown's, Gene was ready to come out right away, even though they were pretty tightly booked up. For some reason my thermostat decided it wanted to work, so I contacted him back and told them to just come at next opening to change it out. Only 2 days later he sent out his son who quickly figured out the colored spaghetti mess the previous home owner had patched together for the wiring, got it all straightened out and now works as it should. Very nice and friendly service, and a very fair price. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.“
