“There's nothing I can say bad about this company. I actually called them because another company left me hanging without hot water. I called them and within an hour/ hour and a half they were at my residence. The tech thought it was one problem and I thought it was another. So he actually listened to Mr and changed what I thought was going to be a cheap fix but eventually I ended up having to replace my whole hot water heater. From the time they discovered what was wrong to the time of switch out I think was very prompt. I will be using their services from now on. They gained another customer.“
