Customers have praised the helpful and sympathetic staff, especially Jasmine Youngblood, who has assisted families during difficult times. She has been patient in answering questions, providing pictures of new niches, and even offering to pick up a disabled senior from the train station to help them locate their family's graves. The staff's professional and caring approach has been greatly appreciated by those who have used the cemetery's services.
Jasmine Youngblood was very helpful in assisting us in exchanging our double niche for a triple niche so that we could have our daughter’s ashes put in our niche as she unexpectedly passed away recently. She was very patient with us as we requested pictures of where the new niche would be in comparison to where ours previously was. She has been very helpful with all of our questions which is greatly appreciated during this difficult time.
Ms. Janice Youngblood at Holy Cross Cemetery has helped me immensely! As a disabled senior living in Chicago, to visit my family graves I have to take the Metra to Hegewish and then call a taxi which sometimes takes over an hour or more (Sometimes 2 hours!). Ms. Youngblood has very kindly offered to pick me up at the train station and help me locate the Family Lot. Thank you again Ms. Youngblood, and thank you Archdiocese of Chicago for having such a wonderful person in your employ!
I'd like to thank Jasmine for her professional and sympathetic manner in attending to my daughter and I in our time of grief when we went to make arrangements for my husband. She was very helpful and patient in explaining everything to us.
