The receptionist, Juana Guzman, is particularly praised for her professionalism, kindness, and discretion in assisting patients. The clinic also employs a well-regarded pediatrician, Dr. Ramirez, who is worth the wait to see. Overall, the center provides a positive and caring healthcare experience for its patients.
I have gone here for years and I have always gotten excellent treatment and care. Juana at the front desk provides the best assistance and information with a smile, and Lisa McNeil and Dr. Victor Thomas have kept me healthy and well informed about my healthcare options from the very beginning. Highly Reccomended!!!
Dr. Walker is absolutely outstanding. I was having problems filling my prescription and she stood right by the phone until everything was resolved. She even had my prescription shipped to my doorstep the next day. Not to mention my yearly check up was a breeze! The wait time wasn't long at all and the facility was clean. The staff was welcoming and actually cared about my needs. This is the best doctor visit I've experienced in years!
