“I got a pedicure and manicure the pedicure was rushed I did have a nail design I wanted I got quoted 140 once the nails were done it ended up being 160 it took a little longer because she said she could do it but then struggled.. I paid even tipped cause the nails were beautiful. But 5 davys later nail just fell off no pain didn’t hit it just fell off. I called to get it fixed went in with the mail as proof they rushed it and my nail is uneven from the get and very bulky.. I left the next day another one just fell off.. and I’m not going back because it’s going to be more attitude and a rushed job.

“AMAZING! The salon is extremely clean, the technician seated me immediately for my pedicure and gave the most amazing massage with lemons (deluxe). The music was very soothing and videos of serene nature scenes played. I cannot believe this gem exists so closely to my office. I’m a customer for life. “20 out of 10, highly recommend! My son came down with the flu while we were on vacation. I called guest services to ask for a thermometer. Security quickly brought it, checked his temperature and let us keep it for the duration of our stay. Even came back a few minutes later with extra batteries just in case. Less than an hour later, I received a text from in room dining management asking if there was anything they can bring for him (ginger ale, soup, crackers, etc). Every single staff member I spoke with after the thermometer request asked how he was doing, offered to help, etc. The service of this staff is absolutely incredible. I used room service a good bit for my meals as well since he was sick and we had to stay in the room. All of the food was amazing! Beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Will definitely be staying at Four Seasons every time we return. I’m very grateful for the above and beyond customer experience.“

Being so close to my due date I didn’t even get polish this time besides a top coat, but I did go in for a deluxe cooling manicure for the skin and cuticle care and this place delivered! I had maternity/family photos that evening and knew I wanted my dry, ragged cuticles cleaned up. I am sorry to say I can’t remember my nail tech’s name (Nicole maybe?) but she was very nice, efficient without rushing, and did a fantastic job.
