5/7/2026 - I took my mom to get a gel manicure and a paraffin hand wax as an early Mother's Day gift, and I treated myself to a gel mani/pedi. When I booked the appointment I did not realize they had moved from the Washington location. That was not a big deal because I wanted to support their business. The new location is on Locust across the street from the Phyllis Wheatley center. Road work put us behind schedule and when I called to let Ms. Shamel know we had arrived she was very kind and understanding about our delayed arrival. Easily scheduled an appointment as an out of towner, the price was wonderful but the service was even better! My gel polish has gotten many compliments and is lasting very well! I felt very welcomed and comfortable and cannot wait to visit the city and this salon again soon! Photo after over a week
