We called Shield for an emergency roofing repair as a result of recent weather. Shield was prompt and professional and was able to give our HOA a valid actionable quote within hours of making the call, helping streamline our HOA's process. Repairs were made promptly within a week and they went above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues that should be resolved. Would recommend Shield as a great partner for small HOAs.

There was a slight delay for coming out, due to external circumstances, however I'm happy with the work Shield Masonry performed. Said crew came out and identified some issues, in our roof, and quickly resolved it. Afterwards they did an excellent job of cleaning up the work-area. Overall I'd use them again and would recommend. Work performed: replacing the roofing on our addition, replacing two windows on the side of our addition.
Sam was a fast and clear communicator. Work was assessed and completed thoroughly and for a fair price. I trust his knowledge and recommendations. Sam and team were also very considerate of cleanliness within my home. 10/10.
