“I had a very challenging older kitchen project. This included putting in a ceramic tile floor around existing vintage oak cabinets and also adding counter and backsplash. Taurus was able to problem solve around the unique issues of the kitchen to provide a beautiful new look. “We met with and chose Roman Mudry of Aldo Enterprises to be the general contractor for our home addition/kitchen renovation. Roman stopped by to see the space, evaluate our architect’s plans, and discuss his thoughts for the project. We were immediately impressed with his friendly demeanor and experienced suggestions & vision for our project. He provided a very fair bid and was forthright on additional expenses as they were incurred throughout the project. He was patient with us as we made changes in the middle of the project and provided his tasteful opinion when we were stuck between decisions. Roman was always easily reached for communication and stopped by almost daily to evaluate progress. Throughout the project, his crew were very punctual, professional, and respectful of our living space, which was very appreciated as we were still living in the house during that time. “We called JSR after a storm knocked a tree down and damaged another tree. Jeff arrived within an hour to assess the damage and give us a quote. In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. The damaged tree and the yard around the tree ended up looking better than they had even before the storm damage. Highly recommend.“

“Unlimited Shrinkwrap did a great job shrink wrapping my 21 foot pontoon boat. They were very professional, courteous, and reliable. When I called Unlimited Shrinkwrap, Britte answered my call and understood my situation that I live an hour away south from the Chain O’ Lakes where most mobile shrinkwrap companies are not willing to travel to. She was willing to work with me to help me out given they were doing other shrink wrap jobs on residential patios and industrial equipment close to my area. This was despite that Unlimited Shrinkwrap in general decided not to shrink wrap boats for fall of 2024. Also this was just at the perfect time a day or 2 before below zero wind chills and snow were expected after previous appointments with another mobile shrink wrap company fell through. On the day of my appointment they showed up with a crew of 4 guys and were done in just under an hour. Now my boat is safe and sound at my home protected from the elements and rodents and I did not have to haul my boat an hour to the Chain and an hour back home to get it done.

“We're a new "paint your own ceramics" shop in Algonquin, and we quickly learned we needed to install a drop ceiling on our party room to contain the happy voices of our young party guests. I checked Angie's List, and learned of Bill on their site. He was extremely responsive, was able to provide a fair quote within a day, and was able to work when our shop was closed, which saved us from disturbing our artists. The work was started and finished on time and Bill made sure the area was tidied up before he left.
