I don’t normally post a review of a company but I couldn’t pass this one up without saying something great! I originally was referred to Jacobs Mechanical Service by family members that have said nothing but great things. I brought my car in for one issue and while servicing that issue, they found something another shop had failed to replace. Mickey called and kept me updated with the timing and delivery of the new parts and assured me the car would be good to go when he got done with it. The customer service and pricing is top notch! My car was towed and it is the only possession I have. The owner waived every fee he could to help me get my car back. Gave me a hug a said he would pray for me. Most people view towing companies (like so many in Paducah and especially metropolis) as money hungry vultures.
Not Jacobs. They are good people. Other tow shops could learn a thing or two from this business. They bring back the people factor in a business that has forgotten word of mouth means a lot . They were a God send and I'm lucky to have had such decent people in a bad situation. I recommend Jacobs towing to anyone that needs their vehicle towed.
You won't be disappointed.
Within 24hrs of my car breaking down, they had it towed, diagnostic ran, part ordered, and repaired. Communication was great and straight forward on what needed to be done and pricing. I will be recommending Jacob's to everybody that needs a Mechanic.
