I don’t normally post a review of a company but I couldn’t pass this one up without saying something great! I originally was referred to Jacobs Mechanical Service by family members that have said nothing but great things. I brought my car in for one issue and while servicing that issue, they found something another shop had failed to replace. Mickey called and kept me updated with the timing and delivery of the new parts and assured me the car would be good to go when he got done with it. The customer service and pricing is top notch! I’ve got another vehicle getting ready to make the trip to his shop as well! They’ll have as much of my business as they want. I can’t say enough great things! Highly recommend!
