Excellent Service from Neptune Plumbing & Sewer

On 11/21/25, Jeff and Cameron from Neptune Plumbing & Sewer (Bourbonnais, IL) did an outstanding job at our home. We had multiple plumbing issues involving our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, tub, and basement wash tubs. Our home is a 1920 Berwyn bungalow, so once the work began, several unexpected issues came up — including the need to remove and replace sections of old piping.

Jeff and Cameron arrived at 12:30 PM and stayed until 10:30 PM to make sure everything was fully resolved. They were professional, hardworking, and explained each step along the way. Cameron worked tirelessly on our bathroom sink and pulled out what had to be nearly 100 years of buildup — he truly did not give up.

Despite everything that came up, they honored the fair price they originally quoted. Then, on 11/26, when I thought I noticed a possible issue, they came back out the day before Thanksgiving, made sure everything was running smoothly, and did not charge us.

We later learned they drove about 56 miles from Bourbonnais, which made their level of service even more impressive. We highly recommend Neptune Plumbing & Sewer and would absolutely use them again.“

“Webster's Plumbing is REASONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAST, AND HONEST! I will definitely be calling them again! I'm the maintenance super at a care facility in Iroquois county. We have been looking for a good plumber that does commercial plumbing for awhile, and Webster's Plumbing is that company! I called them late afternoon about a toilet leaking around the base and a clogged floor drain. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and got his guys here the very next morning! The two men that came were very nice and worked together great! One went to work on our toilet, and the other started the drain. They both worked fast, but still managed to take time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. Then they both started working to unclog the drain. They unclogged a drain that 2 other plumbers couldn't get! Then it came to the bill, I WAS SHOCKED in a good way! I was expecting a large bill, instead I was handed a bill that was half of what I was expecting it to be! They charged service fee for the long drive here, and STILL was way cheaper than I expected!
(Note: they were upfront about the service fee for drive time. That was the first thing they said when I called. I 100% knew there was a long distance fee before they came! The driving fee was cheaper than I expected as well!)
The best part is they don't do just plumbing! They do plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. For a maintenance super at a facility like ours having a contractor that does all that makes my job so much easier! Webster's will absolutely be my first call from now on!
It's so hard to find a good plumber that does residential and commercial plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical... and it's even harder to find one that is fast, reasonable, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all so much, I will be calling again soon!“
