We called Tabb to inspect our crawl space and he was absolutely wonderful. He answered every question I had and took the time to explain the report and the issues at hand. He went above and beyond during our inspection and eased so much of my anxiety. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends and family. I recently had a home inspection done on a property I am considering purchasing and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The inspector, Tabb Ascher, was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail.The inspection itself was very comprehensive and covered everything from the foundation and structure of the home to the electrical and plumbing systems. Tabb completed a home inspection on a house that we put an offer on. It was scheduled for the day after I called. He was on time and very informative. I feel like I had a training course in addition to the inspection. This was very helpful for my own knowledge. If I hadn't gotten this home inspection I would have been out of thousands of dollars once closed. This thorough and detailed inspection gave me the negotiating power I needed to get things repaired by the seller before closing. The things that my eyes couldn't see underneath the beautiful rehab.
