The team is comprised of a Career Firefighter, Building Engineer, and Real estate rehabber. We serve Kankakee County, will county, cook county, DuPage County, as well as Livingston County. We are fully licensed and provide the most detailed inspections. We crawl every attic, enter every crawlspace, and inspect every window, door, ceiling, floor, plumbing fixtures, electrical appliances, as well as all utilities. We provide a full inspection on electrical systems, plumbing systems, foundation inspections, as well as radon measurements, radon mitigation, and sewer line camera inspections.
