If I could give them more stars I would. We had an unexpected loss of a 36 yr old husband/father and John helped my daughter through the arrangements with respect and compassion. The service was great, I'm so thankful for everything. Highly recommend!!
I lost my father on 2/16/25. In a fog, I just picked a local place with the highest google review. I'm so grateful that I did. John met with me and my family the next day and made the whole process so easy for us. His care and compassion made us feel at ease and the communication from that point on was excellent. There was zero upselling! He just wanted what we thought was best for our dad. He and his team took care of everything. The night of the visitation was run perfectly. John came to the burial and shared a beautiful prayer and poem that landed perfectly with my family and it was a great way to wrap up the service. I can't recommend McCauley-Sullivan enough....read full review
