I ordered the Silverfox Magnifying Lamp, 1001A. The item needs a little assembly, the item has arms that are covered with plastic to prevent scratches BUT the plastic is screwed into the components so an exacto knife is required to get all of the plastic out of the components otherwise it looks sort of terrible. There are screws on the bottom of the arms that do not go in all the way.
Overall, it looks like assembly and product of a company that cuts corners.
For this item, Massage Warehouse needed to contact the vendor to see if this is how all items are packaged and sent or if the one I got was just not handled well.

I have been ordering from 10 pulse years. I originally chose massage warehouse due to there reasonable shipping costs. They usually get the order shipped in a timely manner. My order has always been correct until my last order. They made it right promptly without any hassle.

Good luck getting a full order. For over a year I order supplies just to find out they're unavailable for weeks or even months. They don't automatically refund you for weeks unless you call to request it. The question is what are they doing with the money in the meantime? Banking it and earning interest? It's happened too often to excuse as an occasional distribution issue. They need to rework their business model.
