I’ve been a huge fan and shopper of Ulta for years. I’ve had diamond status for some time and most of my beloved products are online only. About two years ago now my bank account was hacked and someone took all my money, both savings and checking. I had to go through 100s of dispute charges. One charge was a recent Ulta purchase by mistake. Because I undisputed a real charge by mistake Ulta will not allow me to order online or from the store ever again. Worst shipment delivery and customer service. They literally delivered to a house marked #3 and I'm #13. Then, customer service said they'll look into this delivery in eight days! What a terrible company.

Ulta hire some more people so theres not 15 people in line with 2 people working and then their RUDE ! And tell you they don't ask if you want to use your ULTA points because THEIR losing money !! You have them to me!!
