I've had WM Masters out 3 times this year, each with wonderful technicians. Early in March they took care of main sewer line issue along with an excavating company. A couple of weeks ago, Tyler was out to replace my water heater. Tyler was very helpful in educating a 1st time homeowner on the need to knows of water heaters. Today Tad came out for a couple of plugs it turned out to be. All 3 times of service they have been quick to come out and take care of the issues I am having. Each of the times, my contact has been Mike Graves, and he is amazing at his quick responses and being on top of things! I'm only calling WM Masters. Oh, and Lindsey and Lesley in the office are great too! (Sorry if I misspelled your names ladies.)
I bought an all original 1980 condo. I can't tell you how grateful I am for this company. They brought all of my plumbing, hvac and electrical up to code. They take the time to explain things to me as a first time home owner. Specific props to: Mike Graves for all his time spent providing estimates and coordinating my projects seamlessly. Colin for being a fantastic trouble shooter and plumber who cares about quality work. Tori for educating me on HVAC and solving my heating issues. And Jason M for being a detail oriented electrician who won't settle for a less than perfect up to code job. I will never work with another company and am glad to have found William Masters!
