There’s not another company I’ll use for my HVAC needs. They helped to identify issues with my systems and fix it in a timely manner- they were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was using my home warranty and Jenny, Lee and Chip all knew the process and made it so much easier to navigate. Truly was a relief. They really care about helping their customers. Call them!
For some reason my A/C only goes out on nights or weekends. SBC always answers and always comes out right away to fix the problem the same day. Tonight it was at 9:00 on a Saturday night. I highly recommend them!
Called Sbc with a furnace problem. Spoke with Jenny and told her the problem and she was able to send someone right out. Technician was Chip and very knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately. Great company with a super responce time. We highly recommend this company.
