Matt (electrician) is top notch - super friendly, very detail-oriented, knows his stuff, very accommodating, explains things thoroughly and does a fantastic job of cleaning up when he's done.Pro Air administration, scheduling, reminders, etc. are excellent as well - giving advance notification when tech is on the way, text reminders the day before, and very courteous on the phone.I would definitely recommend Pro Air!
Great experience, I got notifications before the appointment and then again the day of the appointment saying the technician was on the way. The technician was polite, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend Pro-Air for furnace replacement and maintenance.
The owner and Repair Shop Mananger of Autohouse of Bloomington was very impressed with the quick and friendly service. Let us know that our furnace was over 30 years old and did not try to sell us a new unit. highly recommend Pro Air for all your A/C and Heating needs.
