OSF St. Joseph - Outpatient Lab

The staff in the ambulatory department are simply amazing. They were definitely top-notch and treated my daughter like gold with her surgery today. They all went above and beyond. Thank you soooo much!!!

Wonderful teams that collaborate,pay attention to detail, take time to answer questions and include me as part of the team. My chart is very helpful for n sharing results between drs. Timely responses and I appreciate a faith fill d approach??‍ ❤️

Most of the nurses are wonderful. However, the physicians seem to lack proper medical training, and have a lack of compassion as well. At least in the ED, that is. The rest of the building is great! The ED physicians failed to acknowledge/recognize seizures, that I thought was my losing consciousness at the time. I also had an awful infection that they denied, despite climbing WBC. I could have died if it weren't for my obgyn saving my life with antibiotics. The ED physician tried to get me to drink lidocaine for my stomach, when there was no evidence to suggest a stomach problem. the ED physician told me "I don't need Facts or Evidence, I use my Expertise!"... read full review
