My window was 8am-9am. My technician did not show during the window. No call. No text. After an additional 60 minutes of waiting, I followed up with MW, and was told there was a scheduling change, but I was up next. A technician arrived sometime around 2pm.
Things happen. I understand not all scheduling windows can be adhered to, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication when the technician was unable to keep my window. I had to do the following up. I must have responded to 5 different confirmation notices from them, the least they can do is be proactive and keep me informed when they are unable to keep their window.

My husband and I have been very happy with the services of Mike Williams Plumbing and Heating. We have greatly appreciated the services of Ryan and Dan. Recently, Cole did our servicing of our air conditioner. He was very polite, thorough and explained things very well. I highly recommend him in addition to the team we have been using for many years from Mike Williams. Thank you!

Brett was on time. He was very polite and articulate. I immediately believed he would be honest and competent. He carefully inspected ac and outside components. He explained needed cleaning and repairs and quickly completed them. He has my highest recommendation for your account or furnace concerns.
