“I'M SO VERY PLEASED!!!!!! Mitch has been so kind and helpful. I called in a frantic state almost in tears as my husband's desktop computer wouldn't stay powered on after a power outage we had earlier today. I was so worried we may have lost everything. There were some very important things on it. I didn't know what had been backed up as we just installed it the day prior. I called and he said I could drop it off. I did just that, and within an hour he called me back to say they were able to remove the hard drive and install in another unit and all his files were in tact. OMG!!!! RELIEF!!!! Not only was everything recovered, but same day service, who does that???? I was now crying happy tears. Stability IT also does my office IT work so I knew I could trust them, I just couldn't believe how fast it was done!!!! Mitch really saved the day and now my husband can continue work as usual.
