Mobile Phone Repair in Bloomington

“I was in the process of installing a recently purchased water cooler for my PC when I promptly realized I was a bit in too over my head, but past the point of no return. Fast forward to the next day, and I took my computer to Geek Squad, who estimated it to be a two day job. Frankly, I didn't want to wait for two days, so I called around, and found FiXiT Mobile Repair. At first, they didn't think they would be able to help me that day, which was fair. However, they called back within minutes to explain that they would, in fact, be able to help, as they had someone in who had experience in custom built PCs. I rushed on over with mine, met with an employee, and explained my problem. He told me that, if they did it, they would most likely be able to finish it that day, but it sounded like I knew enough to where if he were to give me a little bit of a helping hand, I'd be able to do it myself. I agreed with that, and he helped me uninstall my motherboard, which was the biggest issue I was facing, as I was scared to damage it. However, not only did he do that, but he even let me continue to work on my PC in his store until I got far enough along to feel confident that I would be able to finish it at home by myself. Now, I would also like to point out that he proceeded to help me this much and let me work on my PC inside his store (to have quick availability for any questions I had) completely for free. From there, I was able to take my PC home, and finish installing my water cooler by myself. Currently, I am writing this from my PC, so it seems that all is well with it. Honestly, FiXiT had some of the absolute BEST customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and I am immeasurably grateful for the help they provided me (once again, completely for free). All around a great place!“
