From Integrity Counseling
Integrity Counseling provides counseling, education, and outreach services for children, adults, and families focusing on the uninsured and underinsured to provide access to care. Our volunteer professionals, interns, and staff help clients examine past and present choices and choose healthy alternatives. Integrity Counseling supports and mentors clients as they develop the ability to live more successfully. We are a "pay-as-you-can" agency and do not take insurance. No one is ever turned away for financial reasons but financial participation is encouraged. We serve all members of the community regardless of race, gender, belief, or orientation. Our services are shaped by our belief in and reliance on God's compassion for all of humanity.

Integrity Counseling was a lifesaver for me when I was in nursing school and struggling as a single mother of 3 children. While they have limited resources and operate through donations and grants, the therapists are caring and volunteer their time to help others who need mental health support. I recommend them if you are having trouble locating counseling services because of being on Medicaid, lack of insurance, or limited funds to make copayments to other providers. I was referred here through my OSF provider at the time. Integrity Counseling is a MUCH NEEDED resource in our community! Thank you for all you do for others.
I called to schedule my first appointment with Verneice prince . I talk to the Lullica who creates the schedule . I ask Lullica can I talk to Verneice about my concerns before I come in. Lullica person desk said no and so I reach out to the counselor on facebook . The counselor responses and then after she calls her boss and tells them I contact her on facebook . Monday was going be my first appointment Go somewhere else . This counselor is a fraud !!!
Super unknowlegdeable. Luella actually hung up on me when I
told that her suggestions weren't working. Please spend the money,
