Dr. Bud Roberts is an excellent Counselor. To this day I still use the things I learned going to him. He taught me to use the tools I had to get me through life. He truly listens and hears what you say and honestly what you aren't saying as well. I didn't realize the way I worded things showed how I carried the burdens I did. He tuned right into that. He's big on self care and makes sure you are taking the time to do that. I would highly recommend Bud Roberts!
Dr. Bud Roberts gave me back my life. He gave me the tools I needed to help me heal & navigate life better. He is an amazing therapist, uses multiple therapy techniques, listens intrntly to his clients
