Being hard of hearing can prove to be difficult when it comes to getting your hair cut. In the past I've had hairdressers not allow me to have an interpreter there or use my translation app as a way of communicating. Here with Carrie I've been able to use any form of communication I could ever need. She not only gives a great cut she makes the whole process enjoyable. I can't put into words just how much I appreciate how she makes sure to keep speak into the mirror so that I can lip read.
Love, love, love my new highlights by Tori - they look perfectly natural and blended in. Perfection takes a bit of extra time, but I am extremely happy with the results! Cut is great too!
Tori was wonderful and gave me the haircut I asked for and went above and beyond. She also did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. She was very detail oriented and I really appreciated the time she took.
