Today I had to see Dr. Whitfill cause my Primary Dr was not there and I did not at all feel rushed which was extremely nice. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on how to treat the different things. I absolutely love Bloomington Primary Care and the staff . Thank you Dr Whitfill for being absolutely amazing.

The doctors and nurses I've seen here are great. It is difficult to call and make an appointment though. I keep calling during non-peak hours, but no one picks up the phone. I asked them to call me back, and they happened to call when I was away from my desk at work. I called them back twice, and no one answered. I ended up using the online portal to make my appointment. The app for the portal is very slow, but the website is ok.

I really like this office. I've had my fair share of horrible PCPs with my mental health and I feel cared for here. I see dr. Scanlon and she's so kind. She explains the options for me medication wise and always states that if I'm not feeling well on it (even if it's weight gain or a different side effect) to tell her and we could switch it. I've felt so confident going to her with concerns. I had a previous doctor from a different office call me a drug seeker when I expressed concerns of anxiety. So yeah, not great.
