a great place where you are taken care and any medical questions answered. i Have Betty Scanlon as a Nurse Practictioner and She is Wonderful and makes me feel at ease and comfortable to talk to about any medical needs. i would reccomend her to anybody in the entire universe. my sister loved having her too. and the Nursing staff is wonderful too.

I have felt very well taken care of and I felt very heard in this office. All of my questions were answered and everyone was really nice and happy to help with a smile. I had my blood drawn and my veins do not make it easy but it was the least painful blood draw I've ever experienced. It's hard to smile and work on a Saturday morning especially in healthcare when people are hungry and about to be stuck with needles. I do want to say thank you to the techs drawing my blood and answering my questions without being defensive or mean. Been a patient of Dr. PILCHER from the moment he arrived in Bloomington from Colorado. I can honestly say he is the best Dr around. He has built an amazing practice and surrounded his practice with more amazing Dr. Nurses Nurse practitioners and staff. I have sent everyone i know to his practice, so much so that he told me as much as he appreciated it i had to stop because he's booked all the time.
