About Animal Emergency Clinic
The Animal Emergency Clinic is a compassionate and dedicated veterinary facility that provides excellent care for pets in emergency situations. The staff and doctors are kind and genuinely care about their patients, going above and beyond to ensure their well-being. They are upfront and honest about treatment costs and even suggest certain tests that can be skipped to help with expenses. The clinic operates like a human ER, prioritizing critical patients, which may lead to longer wait times. However, pet owners appreciate this approach, knowing that more seriously ill animals are being treated first. The clinic also keeps pet owners informed and supported during difficult times, offering keepsakes like clay paw prints. It is equipped to handle surgical emergencies, such as intestinal obstructions, and provides continuity of care for chronic issues. While the clinic may be priced higher than others, many feel that the level of care and expertise is worth the cost. Overall, the Animal Emergency Clinic is highly recommended for its exceptional service and commitment to animal health, with staff members like Nico and Dr. Josh being particularly praised for their kindness and support during tough moments.
Thanks for being open at least. The Vet checked Genie and took info but then they disappeared. Either really busy or forgot about us. Have button push if no update in 30 - 45 minutes but was scared to push it if they were busy.
Sat 90 minutes then finally gave in and pushed it. Now waiting on someone.
Very detailed & caring staff. Thank you for helping with Jesse! Thank you for all you do for the pets & animals in the community & giving families the place they need in emergency situations.
Took us back immediately which was reassuring. The vet technician seemed more worried about my dog than the vet did though.. They couldn’t figure out what the problem was. My dog was coughing after eating some kibble and developed a cough. Since he had been at the groomer recently they were thinking kennel cough. Well after we got released we sat in the car in the parking lot for a bit, he started doing the coughing fit again and I smacked his back hard as I could (I thought he could be choking).. well, a piece of kibble came flying out of his mouth after I did that. Whole time he was choking. 😩
