“Update: After posting the original message below, I received a call from Julio a manager at Superior Corp. Julio was very professional and most importantly truthful about what carpet was available and when it could be installed. Julio had carpet samples out to me the same day and had the install scheduled immediately. On the date of the installation the installers were professional and did an outstanding job. David from Superior Corp also called to follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with the product and installation. I do believe Home Depot should be more transparent about what is available and when. In stock does not mean it is available and HD is somewhat deceptive about actual time limits. Kudos to Julio, David and the installers from Superior Corp for cleaning up after HD.

Original Message: If I could give zero stars, I would. The Home Depot and this company are scammers. I have had a horrible experience with them. I will not get carpet from Home Depot going forward.“

“Simple Flooring installed new laminate flooring in our condo. The installation team (5 guys) removed the old bamboo floor and installed the new one in two days with minimum disruption. Igor's team was easy to work with and the floor looks great. Highly recommend.“

Golden Knots discussed the plan of action, repaired the holes flawlessly, cleaned the rug and brought out its original vibrant colors. “C&H recently installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout my the first floor of my ranch home. Their work quality was superb, and the men were friendly and efficient. My only caveat was for the initial estimate for the work. I was not told that my 1949 might need testing for asbestos. Such testing delayed the work and resulted in some additional cost for abatement. In addition, further materials were needed for the baseboard and quarter board. For purposes of financial planning a more thorough estimate would definitely have been preferable!“
