“Lauren is absolutely phenomenal and I could not recommend her more!She’s a brilliant NP, has extensive experience, and is clearly an expert in this area. She has such a good eye for facial structure and features and how to enhance them, and she has an incredible talent to make changes that make a huge difference while also looking natural. I LOVE all the results I’ve had from her.Also, Lauren is so sweet, empathetic, thoughtful… About pain, anxiety, cost, etc. I’m someone that has a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles, and am very sensitive when it comes to pain. She never makes me feel embarrassed or ashamed by this and is so understanding and down to earth. You can tell Lauren cares about your comfort and she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable -topical numbing cream, ice packs, buzzy to distract, juice… I literally look forward to my injection appointments with her as I still feel like I’m going to the spa. Ha! But really- my pain is MINIMAL with Lauren, like 4/10 max for a dental block for filler and for Botox. Things I put off years due to fear of pain! Now I don’t even get anxious about going.Lauren also does a great job educating and takes her time with you. And, she follows up, checks in.. even called me back and talked to me for 30 minutes on her day off. I’m not sure what I’m going to do if Lauren ever leaves JEM. She’s amazing, truly.The front desk team is great too- Corey, Katelyn, Annie... I'm missing a few as I forget their names but they've all been wonderful.“

“It is my 1st surgical procedure so I really did a lot of research on best plastic surgeon that I can trust and came across Dr Wieners and Art of Plastic surgery. I saw reviews and before and after pictures and was satisfied. 1st day I met him, he really took time to explain the things that needed to be done and even draw pictures so I can understand it more. He told me about the prep and post op expectations. He answered all my long lists of questions. He was very thorough and I felt right away that he is one of the best surgeon . They did check ups 1 week, 1 month , 3 months, 6 months and 1 year , which I thought was really good as they can really see the progress . You can always call them when you have concerns. All the staffs were nice , it’s close by my house , good parking area and the place was really clean . They are even certified to do the surgery in their office building. No need to go to hospitals which is very convenient. My results are amazing ,so happy with my new looks . I highly recommend them.“
