It really made the on-boarding experience feel so seamless! All 3 employees I interacted with were spectacular. They were so kind and knowledgeable. Shannon performed the Botox, and she was outstanding. She provided me information on the procedure, some studies on what may have happened with my poor experiences in the past, and made me feel very at ease with the new method she was recommending. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any difference at all in my skin after 2 microneedling sessions, a VI Peel, and application of Growth Factor Serum, which is very expensive. “I'm hoping that by writing this review, I can spare somebody the trauma that I went through trying to heal my acne scars! In the beginning, I had SEVERE deep acne scars. It got so bad that I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my house. I have probably been to every establishment that offers these types of services in the Chicago suburbs. I didn't realize it was such a cut throat industry! I feel like I have been hustled to the extreme! I wish it didn't take me as long as it did to find this establishment. They prioritize results over sales. From the beginning, Rebecca was transparent and felt that it was very important that I understood everything that we were doing, and, why.
