Although they did not provide the service to me, because I was outside of their coverage area, they did refer me to another company they said does just as good work. The lady who answered the phones was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure I got the issue handled. She text to see if I had gotten the work done because she didn’t want me to sit the weekend with my outside drain being backed up. Exceptional customer service!!!

We had left for time and had load in the washer. By time we got back home, the basement toilet and main drain had backed up. Setup a online with Roto Rooter. Thier service man Bob. Came in on-time listen to our problem and told me what was the best way to fix it. Took care of it. Snaking it from the front yard to the main pipeline. Pull out some tree roots and a lot of slug. Made sure that all the toilets flushed and were clear. Excellent job.
