Phase 2 Contracting

Phase 2 finished part of my basement that was left unfinished from the initial construction. I highly recommend them to anyone for this type of work. I received four quotes from other contractors and Phase 2 were very competitive. Quality of work is outstanding, they were extremely easy to work with and dealt with everything from structural upgrades, framing, electrical, HVAC, finishes (flooring, drywall, paint, doors etc). The team had practical design solutions and accommodated some changes along the way due to my own errors, which I really appreciated. Adam, Shawn and Dillon took our unfinished basement and turned it into exactly what we wanted. We now have the perfect place to gather family and friends for special events and holidays, to include a lounge area, bar, full bathroom and a fitness room.
