Mr. Karr was my landlord and he NEVER returned my security deposit. I called him he just ignored my calls so I never got my security deposit after I moved and I HAVE PLENTY OF PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF HOW I CLEANED THE HOUSE AFTER I MOVED!!! My dad is an electrician and we have on video that everything still worked. I have contacted Channel 5 and 2 and Channel 5 agreed to do a story about these type of landlords that illegally keep tenants security deposit. I had to get a picture of Mr. Karr to submit to them as well because Channel 5 want to make sure the public see who he is and what company he work so they'll know not to do busy with him. I worked hard for my money I was even nice enough to clean the house before I left but I kept every picture and video so Channel 5 can show that I left the property clean....

Phase 2 fully finished our basement (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room/built ins/fireplace) earlier this year and I don’t have enough good words to say about their work! From start to finish, it was such a great experience working with them. Adam listened to all my ideas, brought my Pinterest visions to life and reigned me in when I went a little bonkers. Their work ethic and craftsmanship is fantastic. I would 100% recommend Phase 2 to anyone looking for a contractor!

Phase 2 Contracting is an exceptional business. They completed an upgrade of an electrical box in a 100+ year old home that required new underground service and electrical box installed. Adam completed this job in a very timely and professional manner. They also noticed our air conditioner had an issue, which saved us a total replacement. We will certainly have them back on future projects.
