My hair was nice. However, during the process a lot of strands of my hair was left out. Therefore, towards the end of my visit, she went up and down the braids to "trim"....when I finally took my hair down 4 wks later, my hair was uneven and chopped up. I visited this salon in hopes of a protective style for my natural hair. Never again. I now am considering a big chop in result of this. She was a lazy braider whom didnt pick up all of my hair throughout the braid and cut all those loose hairs. I do not reccomend this salon.

I would have rated this a 4/5, but my back wasn't full. She started with the front and it looked really nice until I tried to put it in a bun. The bun wasn't right due to the back not being braided right. I've had braids come out already because they aren't tight. The braids that she started first are done correct. I'm not sure if she was tired or what.

Everyone was very nice and my hair looks really good. She showed me what the first braid looked like asked me if i liked it and i did. There was a sign on the wall saying basically the customer has to be satified before leaving the shop. They will ask if you are doing ok as they are braiding and are not rough on the head. It took 12 hours for kinki twist so make sure you have nothing else to do if you come. Best braiding shop I've been to. Will definitely come back.
