They were hands on. They showed me how the sleep machine works and asked me to personally take pieces of the machine off and back on again, which was really helpful. I put the mask on and tried it out and asked more questions. The staff was friendly and helpful! I’m happy to finally be able to use my machine and get some much needed sleep! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
Amanda rocked it. She answered all my basic questions with empathy and compassion. She has great depth of product knowledge and wisdom to help guide what are for some us difficult choices.My appointment time was respected and I got in to see Amanda right after walking through the entry door.A very nice and professional experience.
The gentleman that brought my sister's oxygen tanks and new unit was very nice. He took plenty of time to explain everything to me. Was very nice and polite and was very kind.
