I didn't like walking into a business with some hell, fire and brimstone preacher blaring in the TV! It was so loud I had to ask for it to be turned down. I don't care what people believe just don't push it down my throat. I found it very offensive and would rather drive an hour to be seen. This kind of programming should not be allowed!!!!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS FACILITY!!

We had to wait for over two hours for our four year old to be seen.The girl at the front desk seemed new but she was very friendly and nice.The office was run down and not clean. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anybody.

This is the only urgent care in my area that in network with my insurance and they don't do X-rays. I'm not going to have someone to drive to Granite City and the phone number for the Fairview Heights office isn't working.
