When the issue required further escalation, Cole efficiently coordinated with others to ensure the problem was fully resolved. He also waited patiently while I tested the account to confirm everything was functioning correctly.

Dave was absolutely amazing. Our copier went out on a Friday, and he was out with a new one by Tuesday afternoon. He was very communicative and got us back up and running right away. Replaced our equipment with a newer model. Took his time in explaining the process and is easily accessible if we need any type of service. Would recommend him 1,000%
