Belleville East Laundromat is a reliable and efficient spot for doing laundry. The staff, including Vanessa and Carolyn, are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with large capacity washing machines available. Customers appreciate the staff's attention to detail, from washing and drying to folding, making it a go-to spot for those in the area.
The place is always cleaned and the staff is always super helpful. My only issue is that i used the app for the first time for the $7.75 washers (i used 2) and my card has a pending charges of $10 each. Nowhere in the buidling or on the app states there will be an additional pending charge. So watch out for that especially if you only have a certain amount on your card to use.
We are new in town and our washer broke right when we moved here. I brought my kids, and the attendant was very approachable and super friendly. She offered my kids coloring books and colors while we waited for our items to wash even a snack. The facility is clean, washer machines are a little pricey, but they have a variety of sizes. Overall it was a great experience.
The facility is always clean, and the attendant on duty is consistently nice, welcoming, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. I especially appreciate that the restroom is kept clean and well-stocked with hand soap.
