Management took a few days to get back to me, but once they did, they were apologetic and proactive. Answered any questions I had well, and allowed me to make a quick decision in needing a turn around. Was told it would be Thursday, but you all got it back to me the next day! I'm from out if town and found thus place near hotel. My clothing turned out perfectly. The gal at the desk was lovely and paid very close attention to spots, no crease in jeans, etc. I would definitely recommend them!
