My fur baby (17, beagle) HATES going to the vet. He’s always hesitant to be touched and normally screams while there. Since he’s a senior and then some dog, most vets get impatient due to how anxious/stressed and painful he can be. This was not the case at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital.
The service from the front desk staff, vet techs, Tracy, and vets was 5 stars (from my husband, myself, and our fur baby). We were treated with empathy, patience, and the highest level of care. Henry (fur baby) was as comfortable as he could be throughout and he did not scream once. Kim (vet tech) and Dr. Sarah Morlock were thorough, patient, and kind. They answered any and all questions and provided estimates $$ throughout the process.
Unfortunately my baby did not improve and that is not for lack of compassion or care from the staff. My sweetheart went to rest here and we were shown empathy and care. We were able to make Henry feel as comfortable as possible - we brought his bed, blanket, and listened to music the entire time. We were given some of his fur and a paw print as a keepsake. I decided to have Hengers cremated and received him within a week.
I truly am grateful for the entire staff at Warrenville Grove. I HATE the previous vet (VCA Schaumburg) my baby went to and am extremely grateful Warrenville Grove Animal hospital made my entire family feel loved and cared for, especially my Henry.
Extra notes - they offer in house blood work with results. Results take about 20 minutes. Ultrasounds are offered here as well.“

Let me tell you - This is the care team you want in the hardest moments with your pet. We were able to be present and say goodbye so he wasn’t alone. We assumed that our care was complete. But no - the follow up care from this office after a pet’s death is the gold standard.
After our dog had passed away, we got a card mailed to our home with a handwritten condolence message from every staff member. When we picked up his ashes, the team had put so much care into everything. The ashes were in a beautiful sealed wooden box with a velvet bag, and his paw print is frame-worthy. They spent so much time on every detail. It went above and beyond.
I wish I could give more stars than five. This business is not only exceptional at pet care, but also “people care” when we say goodbye to our furry family members. Thank you so much for your work.“

“Thank you so much to the amazing surgeon at animal eye consultants. My dog needed a double enucleation surgery and they executed it flawlessly and she healed perfectly. The assistance and the receptionists are all so kind as well. I will always be grateful to these wonderful people for helping me and my little dog.“

Terrified and in shock I googled ER vet near me and thank God I got this place, calling them while running to the car with our cat. We lost him, yes, to an apparent heart attack, but the kindness and care and steadfast feeling this clinic gave us when we needed it most has won them our loyalty and I'm grateful to everyone on staff that night for taking care of us, and of Captain Larry.“
