My parents have been going to Olympia for over 20 years, so when I needed help with my neck after an accident, there was no question where I was going to seek care. Dr. Eric was thorough during my consultation and listened to all my concerns, not leaving a question unanswered or concern overlooked. He was transparent when explaining my treatment plan and made feel seen and heard. He’s compassionate and consistently checks in with me while doing my physical therapy. The PTs I’ve been able to work with are an extension of that same compassion and consistency. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Dr. Eric for taking care of both my wife and myself, as well as Nando, Long, Paulie, and the rest of the staff for walking me through all the workouts during my recovery and strength training.
Scheduling hours are also flexible and convenient when you have to unexpectedly postpone sessions.
Amazing place with a fantastic staff! Pauly always greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their patients. If I had to choose a physical therapy clinic, this would be my choice every time. 10/10 — highly recommend!
