I made an appointment looking for a new primary after I fell in the driveway in January.
She entered my room. Told me she had 10 minutes and would not be able to address all my issues. I told her that I would just go to immediate Care next door if that was the case. She then proceeded to examine me partially which is what she initially told me.... Ordered a couple of tests which were read incorrectly. As I have extra pieces I have been operated on before. So then I asked about that and about my immune system disease I was born with and asked if she read my chart and what my disease was in a message on my app. Then I got a personal phone call from the nurse and when she was disrespectful because I called them out I hit record on my phone. She then ended the call and sent me a termination letter. So I do not have faith in this practice, the doctors, the nurses that enable the doctors to behave in this way. I suggest you make your appointment right at the Immediate Care.
I've had back surgery. It's a serious thing and I thought she was a serious doctor.

I’ve continued to have poor experiences with this office over an extended period. MyChart messages rarely receive responses within the stated turnaround time, and communication overall is inconsistent.

At one point, I went without my medication for more than two weeks because the office repeatedly submitted forms incorrectly—even after my pharmacy provided detailed instructions multiple times. A medical office should be able to coordinate efficiently with pharmacies, especially when refills are requested well in advance.

There have also been situations where the office alleged they had sent MyChart messages that do not appear anywhere in my chart. Instead of explaining why they could not address a request without a new appointment, they simply didn’t respond. When I called for clarification, I had to follow up multiple times just to get an answer. By the time someone finally replied, the interaction was dismissive and the explanation was unclear.

Overall, the experience reflects a lack of patient-centered care. Issues are only addressed after repeated follow-ups, and interactions often feel rushed or irritated. The burden consistently falls on the patient to chase down basic information or correct errors, which has been extremely disappointing.

Great experience with 2 different pediatricians in this office. The nurses are WONDERFUL - they remember my kids, talk to them about what's going on, treat them well. Very happy with our care over the last 7+ years.

Walked in and I was the only person in the lobby, grabbed my ticket and got immediately seated with someone who just hates their job 100%. From the previous reviews it looks like her name is Giselle. First off, incredibly rude. I bring in paperwork, she tells me off that I didn’t even fill it out. She doesn’t ask me for my name until after telling me off and THEN she sees that I have lab requests for bloodwork. Act like you’re trying to help people.

I am very upset. I waited 6 months to see a doctor at this office for them to cancel me a few days before my appointment! When I tried to get in with my second doctor of choice Dr. Fredericks, they informed me I'd be waiting another seven months!!! They would not do anything to accommodate me. I guess they have enough business and they really don't need mine. Steer clear of this place You will be waiting forever and they may cancel you
