We have been seeing Dr Pat and staff for about 20 years. He is not only personable, but professional as well. He takes the time to explain things and not in a rush to get us in and out. They are the only vet in town as far as we are concerned.
This was our first time visiting Bartlett Animal Hospital. What a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in they make you feel like family, and make your pet feel so welcomed. Dr. Baker and his techs are simply a pleasure. Dr. Baker was so nice and explained her exam as he went. He spent time explaining any questions we had. Unfortunately, we had to put my family dog (Indy) down recently and was referred to come to this clinic for the wellness appointment and the euthanasia. One of the vet assistants/technicians, Naomi, was VERY kind and thoughtful about the situation and was very loving with Indy! A very respectful woman. Then I was helped by Dr. Baker which was straight forward but not blunt. He explained the euthanasia process very clearly and helped calm our nerves down when the moment arrived.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's new to the area or wants a great experience! RIP Indyboo
