We really enjoy Hanover Park Animal Care Center because they were quick to get our dog in during 2 different emergency situations. They also always call to check up on our pup in the following days if she has an ear infection or paw infection for instance. I am also appreciative that they light a memorial in the entryway for anyone who has lost a pet that day.The only opportunity I have to share is with scheduling. We often wait 45 mins to an hour for any scheduled appointments, including nail trims. This has been this way for years. Although the staff is always friendly, staffing is a long standing issue.

Dr Boyle is the best! Our cat Jack was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago and she took the time to make sure we understood and Everytime I was concerned and called she was there to help. Although we loss Jack yesterday she was there for us and him .Words can't express the dedication she gives .I will forever be thankful for her help with our Jack .

So I love their customer service and their prices for one of my dogs, BUT my issue with them is honestly so easy to fix. They ask you in the beginning what do you want when you drop your dog off for a grooming. They write it down and if you say hey my wife is working call me as I took the day off They write your number down. Here is the kicker they call hours later to ask what do you want even tho you saw them write it down AND they call your wife.......so I called them as my wife texted me cause she is working and I tell them again please call me when you are done as my wife is working. They said no problem. Want to guess who they called when they were done? Again good...read full review
