Organized, efficient, yet very thorough. I’ve always had a good a good experience with this facility and employees. If I call with a question, the message always gets relayed to a nurse and I always get a return phone call. They are also very efficient getting prescriptions refilled. This kind of customer service is so appreciated.
By far, Dr. Kalenowski at Ascension in Bartlett is a wonderful doctor. He and his staff are very responsive to my medical needs. He has a country doctor personality whose recommendations on medicine and referrals are always excellent . My whole family goes to him and love him too. I trust his judgment. Erin the nurse practitioner is wonderful too. Very personable and knowledgable.
