The company is very responsive in the scheduling process, providing a detailed quote for the work, and are very thorough and pleasant to work with. They are accommodating to minimize interruptions for work from home, which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated. Great customer service and responsive to all questions. They worked around schedules and did a great job with vents. The tech was very friendly and courteous. Mr. Duct is a great company and will definitely be called for annual cleaning.
Checked several duct cleaning services local to Antioch. Mr. Duct was very responsive. They already had a great flat rate, regular price, then reduced it as a Black Friday special. Beating all other competition by quite a bit! They arrived when they said. Got done quickly. Mopped the floor too, to clean up any water/snow they might have tracked in.
Only improvement would have been them suggesting I have a new filter on hand to change it out a day or two after turning the system back on. My filter was pretty dirty a day or two later. But my ducts hadn't been cleaned in probably 30 years & we recently remodeled, so I know there was a lot of stuff in there.

Both of the guys were great, respectful and neat. I contacted them and they had an opening the following business day. Very convenient.

McNally's recommended I call Mr Duct due to the flex venting in my attic as traditional cleaning techniques can damage the flex material. I called Mr Duct and requested the powered gas cleaning on Tuesday morning and they sent a tech over the same day! Alvaro was great and worked quickly, explaining the process and noticing an issue with my laundry dryer in the process which he was able to fix immediately. Mr Ducts price was competitive with other quotes I received as well. I'd recommend them to anyone whether you have traditional sheet metal duct work or the flex material in your home.
