Unreasonable owner that does not know how to run a business. Extremely poor quality of work. You will be charged for materials and labor not received. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away. Not one positive review since this owner took over in 2019.

The money is in the details and our details were horribly done. The sales pitch was fabulous. The project plan and schedule were a nightmare. 6 months to finish a 600sqft basement project that was partially finished already. To let projects turn out so poorly and put your name on it says a lot. The "they meant well I'm sure" logic is flawed because they could have easily come in here, seen the finished work, and said "no, something is wrong we need to fix this." Instead it was uncoordinated work day after day with their 4 people they have full time trying to do everything. I could not agree with the previous review more! If you want to get screwed over and over hire this company! We hired Dawson to perform a remodel on a house we just purchased so that it was ready prior to us moving in. Not only did they lie about the timeframe with which this project would be done, over and over, they lied about doing tasks which needed to be performed and the work they did do was incredibly sloppy! It honestly looks like they hired someone off the street and told them to YouTube how to do it before coming to our house.
